| As of Aug 15, Johanna has 4 teeth on the bottom (with another coming) as well as 4 on top. She is walking all the time and loudly complains (translate, screams) when she's not allowed to walk. Eating "nan" (banana) has been a constant favorite. |

First carousel ride (at Happy Hollow)--nervous the first couple times but liked it thereafter! Getting soaked in the fountains in their clothes at Legoland while on vacation!

In her carseat with "Spot"--her constant companion. At 16 months, it's been amazing to learn how different she is from her sister. Though she doesn't really talk yet, she is very dexterous. She insists on eating with a spoon or fork, as well as drinking from a cup or straw cup. She can partially put on her shoes and take off her pjs. She loves to buckle the straps of her high chair and put together plastic eggs. |

When Johanna saw this white metal crib in our hotel room, she immediately wanted to climb in--was the strangest thing as she NEVER does that with her brown wooden one at home. Hugging/kissing Tickle Me Elmo including sitting on him to make him laugh. |
