Early November, Johanna told her mom in no uncertain terms that she wanted a short haircut with bangs. After making VERY sure she was serious, "Auntie Jean" cut her hair. Very nice!

Mid-November, Mommy got sick and gave pnemonia to Johanna. It wasn't fun, but she really liked not going to school; and instead, watching TV and drinking soup on the tray.

The girls loved taking care of Cousin Tia! She would only eat on the girls' laps so Johanna learned to eat left-handed.

This year the girls greatly helped their parents decorate the house inside and out!

Favorite presents for Christmas were the Barbie laptop and "Hairy-etta" from her grandparents; and Caramel, the hamster from her parents! Hairy-etta sheds every time the girls comb her--good thing they can vacuum her. And Caramel gets woken up all the time as Johanna loves to play with her!
Our Christmas vacation was at Walt Disney World where we stayed in a superb studio in the Boardwalk Villas. A couple days, we spent with Ashlyn and Morgan's family and grandparesnts. The girls had a blast together. Though cold and raining at home; here, the girls went swimming in mid-70s degree weather!

May you find much to thank God for during this season. Have a beautiful Christmas centered on God who loves us so much He sacrificed His only Son to save us from our sins!
